Wowwaaaaa!!! I was not expecting this from such a cheap figure!!! Yes, there are paint mistakes, yes, it is a weird material, but it is really good for the price!! !
The figure was not shipped in the box and the box was completely flattened and mildly bent/creased in the middle, but the figure is in good shape and nothing's broken and all the pieces are there

The truth is, the part fell off during transportation, but this is not a problem.
